ID: Check under the dumpster.

You bend down, lying down on the cold pavement to look under the dumpster. There's a little bit of snow and ice, seemingly from a point before the dumpster was here, and... shreds of torn up paper. You reach out and grab it, and it doesn't take much to put it back together.
