Narrative: Explain the new Mental Notebook rules.

This is all in an effort to make the comic Puzzle Detective feel more like an adventure game, rather than a comic driven by you, dear reader. Furthering this goal, we have the new Mental Notebook system, now accessible from any page as well. Instead of automatically adding clues and details to the notebook, you must suggest additions to the Mental Notebook for them to be added. That being said, PD or ID may find something so important that they added it themselves. Just keep an eye out for details so you can suggest them yourself.
